Text and music can be added to the chosen video, photo or icon, but there is no other options to overlay additional visual or audio contents, edit and adjust them inside the web-app except for simple resizing and positioning. Spark is easy to use but its options and customizations for videos are limited.
You can also use Spark to create branding elements with logo, chosen fonts and colour themes.
